Alpine's new unit at 56-59 Park Lane spans 6,500 sq ft with 75ft of road frontage, and was previously occupied by BMW. Park Lane is renowned as an area for luxury and performance car manufacturers to display their latest models. Alpine’s new showroom will display the full range of its vehicles and will host events aimed at both car enthusiasts and prospective buyers, with the aim of further elevating the brand’s profile in the UK market.

Wingstop has continued its expansion across the capital with the opening of a new restaurant at Westfield London in Shepherd's Bush. Located on the Lower Mall, the new site spans 3,379 sq ft with space to accommodate over 136 covers. The opening comes a year after the fried chicken restaurant chain opened its largest restaurant globally at Westfield Stratford City. The restaurant offers a range of wings, tenders, and burgers, alongside refreshments such as milkshakes, beers, and desserts.

Royal London Asset Management has sold a mixed-use property on London's Oxford Street to a private investor for £63m. The property, located at 149-151 Oxford Street and 59 Berwick Street, extends to 32,795 sq ft and comprises retail, office, and residential accommodation. Approximately 19,000 sq ft of the asset is dedicated to retail, which is arranged over basement, ground, and first floors.
