On the site of the 18-acre EMI record factory, where ground-breaking records by Pink Floyd and The Beatles were created, a unique new neighbourhood is evolving. The Old Vinyl Factory is now the site of a wide range of 642 new homes, innovation and educational hubs, restaurants, shops, gym and climbing wall.
