The Great Ropemaker Partnership (GRP), a 50:50 joint venture managed by Great Portland Estates (GPE), has completed the sale of a mixed-use block on London's Regent Street to a private client of JLL for £52m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.2%. The property, located at 103/113 Regent Street, is a 56,850 sq ft Grade II Listed building comprising a large retail unit, fully let to UNIQLO until 2036, and offices on the upper levels.

Shaftesbury Capital has welcomed the arrival of independent footwear brand Horatio at 35 Marshall Street in Soho, adjacent to womenswear retailer De La Vali, which has signed to make its existing pop-up permanent. Launching in a 800 sq ft space, Horatio offers a range of loafers and laced shoes, including the brand's horsebit, penny, port moc, and tassel styles, alongside a selection of boots.

US fashion brand Edikted has opened its first standalone store in Europe at 52-55 Carnaby Street within Shaftesbury Capital's London portfolio. Spanning 4,800 sq ft, Edikted's first bricks-and-mortar store outside of the United States offers a range of street-style and runway-inspired womenswear and accessories. The store is positioned nearby to TALA, another brand that has selected Soho as the location to debut a physical concept.
