SushiDog is set to open at The Broadway, the one million sq ft mixed-use development in London's St James's Park, this September. The new restaurant, which will be SushiDog's second-largest after its flagship on Warren Street, will span 1,138 sq ft and accommodate up to 28 guests. Extending to approximately 33,270 sq ft, the asset comprises a mix of retail, office, healthcare, leisure, and residential accommodation. Retail tenants within the block include Ryman and Rush Hair. Quintain has announced that it has completed 110,000 sq ft of new retail and leisure lettings at London's Wembley Park, headlined by M&S which will open a new 14,300 sq ft food store. The signing follows direct feedback from the estate’s Quintain Living Build to Rent residents, which identified the brand as a highly desired addition to the neighbourhood. The food store will join the M&S clothing store which has traded at London Designer Outlet in Wembley Park for almost 13 years.
