Located at 5-7 Carnaby Street, the 4,500 sq ft pop-up will run throughout the festive period, offering menswear, womenswear, and footwear collections. The digitally-native brand recently opened its first permanent bricks-and-mortar store at Liverpool ONE, following two successful pop-ups at the scheme.

Toolstation has appointed GCW as it aims to open more stores within London. The trade supplies retailer is looking for high street units in prominent and visible roadside locations, ranging between 3,500 sq ft and 5,000 sq ft in size. Suitable units will have access to parking and loading. Toolstation also has an immediate requirement for smaller format stores within high street units inside London's north and south circular roads, ranging between 2000 sq ft and 3000 sq ft and ready to open in early 2026.

Landsec has secured a resolution to grant planning permission for the phased redevelopment of Lewisham Shopping Centre in South London. The proposals include a permanent home for Lewisham's Model Market, a 500-capacity culture, music, and arts venue, and new green public space. In addition, the redevelopment is set to deliver a reimagined shopping centre alongside over 1,700 new homes, 660 student beds, and 445 co-living residencies.
