ONLY is set to open its first outlet store in London at Outlet Shopping at The O2. The Danish fashion retailer – which operates over 1,200 stores across Europe, Asia, and North America – will open in a 4,000 sq ft space, in close proximity to the likes of Kate Spade New York, Calvin Klein, and Reiss. Shaftesbury Capital's is set to welcome a flurry of new food and beverage brands to its Covent Garden estate in London, accounting for just under 10,000 sq ft of space. Heading up the new entrants is contemporary Chinese restaurant Noodle & Beer, which will open its second restaurant in London's West End at 25 Catherine Street. Occupying 1,625 sq ft, the operator's new space offers authentic Sichuan-style noodles alongside a curated beer selection and a wine list.

Luxury wine bar serves up at The Royal Exchange

The Royal Exchange in the City of London has added wine bar and retailer Cru '78 to its premium retail offer. Part of Amathus Drinks, Cru '78 has chosen The Royal Exchange for its second location in London, and its first within the Square Mile, opening a 1,000 sq ft wine bar fronting onto the pedestrianised Royal Exchange Avenue. The unit has been taken on a new 10-year lease. The Royal Exchange is home to a number of luxury brands, with the likes of Tiffany & Co.
