Lakeside shopping centre in Essex has welcomed recent investment from a number of jewellery brands. The scheme is set to welcome the arrivals of Browns Jewellers, Ernest Jones, and Diamonds Factory, and has recently seen a reinvestment of £650,000 and an upsize from British jewellers Beaverbrooks. Browns Jewellers has signed for a 469 sq ft space on Level 2, due to open in the coming months.

Time Out Market is set to open its first location in the UK at 55 Regent Street, part of The Crown Estate's 10 Piccadilly development in London's West End. Scheduled to open in the first half of 2028, Time Out Market London will span over 26,400 sq ft across three floors, bringing together a curated mix of around 15 restaurants, bars, and food businesses. Since launching its first market in Lisbon in 2014, Time Out Market has since grown to 13 locations across nine countries, and the Regent Street opening brings the concept to the city where Time Out was founded in 1968.

SushiDog is set to open at The Broadway, the one million sq ft mixed-use development in London's St James's Park, this September. The new restaurant, which will be SushiDog's second-largest after its flagship on Warren Street, will span 1,138 sq ft and accommodate up to 28 guests. Founded in 2018, SushiDog pioneered the UK's first build-your-own sushi concept and since then has become the UK's fastest-growing Japanese culinary brand, expanding to 16 sites across Central London and Birmingham.
