Peel Retail & Leisure has welcomed the openings of Mr Simms Sweet Shop and Brand Eyewear at Gloucester Quays. Making its debut, Brand Eyewear has opened a 505 sq ft store at the outlet shopping destination. The space offers a range of eyewear from brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, and DKNY, and also features a 'Lens Bar' for visitors to test out lens colours, reflection coating, and frame materials.

Peel Retail & Leisure has completed the signing of two restaurant concepts at Gloucester Quays, including South West-based concept Muse Brasserie and COSMO Restaurant Group’s buffet concept Umami, and has also welcomed the opening of Banchina Italian. All three restaurants are making their city debuts at the outlet centre. Signing for a 3,282 sq ft unit with 100 covers, Muse Brasserie is soon to arrive at the scheme, following success in Cheltenham and Bristol.

Clip 'n Climb has opened a 14,000 sq ft family climbing venue at Peel Retail & Leisure's Gloucester Quays. The venue features 19 unique climbing walls alongside a number of challenges, as well as a soft play area for younger visitors and a café. The opening of Clip ‘n Climb follows a year of growth for Gloucester Quays. In 2025, the outlet centre welcomed a number of new brands including Søstrene Grene, Ben Sherman, Label Yard, and Men Kind, with total centre occupancy currently standing at 96%.
