One of the UK's largest and premier shopping parks built and operating akin to a shopping centre. The scheme is on the site of the former Hampshire Shopping Centre and anchored by two food stores, Sainsbury's and Asda with further key anchors being Marks and Spencer and Next who each trade over three levels. There will be a further release of retail space converted from the accommodation initially constructed for leisure purposes and which now benefits from retail consent.

The Peel Shopping Park comprises 109,000 sq.ft. together with over 560 car parking spaces and is prominently located on the east side of Yeovil fronting the A30. With 11 Units including retailers such as Boots, Next, Pets At Home, Matalan, Argos and Sports Direct.

Jubilee is the only retail park within Weymouth comprising of c.60,000 sq ft. The only other retail warehousing (B&Q, Sports Direct and Halfords) in Weymouth is to the rear of the scheme with the railway station immediately adjacent.

The retail park comprises of four units extending to an approximate ground floor GIA of 55,500 sq ft occupied by Sports Direct, Home Bargains and TK Maxx fronting Ringwood Road. The scheme benefits from 232 customer car parking spaces and 48 staff spaces to the rear
