One of the UK's largest and premier shopping parks built and operating akin to a shopping centre. The scheme is on the site of the former Hampshire Shopping Centre and anchored by two food stores, Sainsbury's and Asda with further key anchors being Marks and Spencer and Next who each trade over three levels. The retail park comprises of four units extending to an approximate ground floor GIA of 55,500 sq ft occupied by Sports Direct, Home Bargains and TK Maxx fronting Ringwood Road. The scheme benefits from 232 customer car parking spaces and 48 staff spaces to the rear
