The 30,000 sq ft space opened last week following a three-month build, and features cardio and strength equipment, a free weights section, a dedicated glute zone, and a studio dedicated to hybrid training. The gym also benefits from free parking for up to two hours and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Located on Poole's harbour, the mixed-use scheme comprises 71,594 sq ft of retail, restaurant, and office accommodation. The development is currently let to 14 tenants, including Lush, Pavers, and Rosso's, and is supplemented by 104 luxury apartments arranged across the upper levels. Cited Property, which acted for Evolve Estates, said Dolphin Quays is the "perfect addition" to Evolve Estate's portfolio, due to "its prime waterfront location, strong mix of convenience and leisure tenants and an array of exciting value-add initiatives to explore.
