Touchwood Solihull serves up Brazilian steakhouse

Touchwood Solihull in the West Midlands has expanded its dining offer with the arrival of Brazilian steakhouse Beleza Rodizio. The restaurant has taken a 7,318 sq ft unit, located within the scheme's Jubilee Walk dining area, on a new 15-year lease. The Touchwood restaurant becomes Beleze Rodizio's third location in the UK, joining eateries in Stratford-upon-Avon and Hull. Touchwood is currently undergoing a refresh of its dining and leisure offer, with Beleza Rodizio’s arrival coming shortly after the opening of the West Midlands’ only Wendy’s.

The opening marks a significant reinvestment from M&S after 35 years at Merry Hill, with the store bringing together two existing units to create one 100,000 sq ft flagship space. Space NK has continued its UK expansion with the opening of a new store at Touchwood Solihull. The beauty retailer has taken a 10-year lease for a 3,648 sq ft unit located in a central position within the scheme's Crescent Arcade. Space NK joins existing brands at Touchwood Solihull including Apple, which recently tripled its presence at the scheme, as well as John Lewis, Zara, Mango, Miele, and Oliver Bonas.
