The £70 million town centre will become the new retail and leisure heart at Longbridge, carefully blending national and local businesses to create an extensive retail environment.

Anchored by a new 85,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s store and department store, the town centre provides modern retail and restaurant space, including M&S and Costa Coffee, with 2170 car parking spaces. In addition there is a 75 bed Premier Inn, overlooking Austin Park.

The £66 million Bournville College is the landmark for the town centre with state-of-the-art facilities including a learning resource centre, business school and construction workshop, alongside dedicated leisure and sport amenities for over 15,000 students.
