Touchwood in Solihull is nearly at full occupancy after the signing of four retail and dining brands to the scheme. Wing Kingz, House of Tweed, Yankee Candle, and Indico Street Kitchen will all open at the shopping centre within the coming months. Costa Coffee is also set to relocate at Touchwood, opening an upsized store spanning two floors at the beginning of November. The first of the new arrivals to open will be House of Tweed, with the fashion and accessories retailer opening on 1 November.

Property management company Estama has been appointed by Panther Securities to oversee the Britannia Shopping Centre in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The 85,000 sq ft scheme – the only enclosed retail destination in the town – is home to a number of nationally-renowned brands such as Poundstretcher, Boots, Peacocks, and Greggs. The appointment marks a continuation in Estama's expansion within the retail management sector, which has seen it pick up mandates at Queen Elizabeth Park, Wrexham, Northamptonshire, Cheshire, and County Durham in 2024.

Kitchenware retailer ProCook is set to make its debut in the West Midlands after agreeing a deal to open at Touchwood shopping centre in Solihull. The brand has signed a 10-year lease for a 4,510 sq ft unit within the scheme's Crescent Arcade area, and will offer a range of cookware, knives, utensils, tableware, and small appliances. The letting sees Touchwood – which is home to brands including Oliver Bonas, Mango, Miele, Rituals, Tag Heuer, Apple, Zara and John Lewis – now 99% let.
