Chinese-inspired quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand Chopstix is set to open its first site in Brighton this month. Located on North Street, the restaurant is a short distance from the city's famous seafront, and its arrival follows a number of successful openings for the brand in 2025 including in Leeds and South Normaton. These latest openings come during a busy period of growth for Chopstix following investment from European QSR operator QSRP last October.
