Superdry & Co is set to make a significant reinvestment at Harlequin Watford, relocating and refurbishing its store. The fashion retailer's updated space, located on the scheme's Upper Mall, will span 5,549 sq ft and be situated in close proximity to complementary retailers such as White Stuff, Levi's, and M&S. The new store introduces Superdry’s latest format, which looks to offer a lighter, brighter and more premium shopping experience.

London Designer Outlet (LDO) is set to welcome Kate Spade later this year, after the fashion retailer signed a five-year lease for a 1,341 sq ft unit. The American fashion house, known for its handbags, will offer a range of accessories, jewellery, womenswear, and shoes at the new store. At LDO, Kate Spade will join a number of fashion brands including Boss, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, and Kurt Geiger.

Harrow shopping centre fully let after pair of new signings

St. George's Shopping Centre in Harrow, Greater London, has reached full occupancy after the signings of Wingstop and Juice'n More. Chicken wing chain Wingstop is set to open a 2,150 sq ft restaurant on the scheme's ground floor, adjacent to Cards Direct. The restaurant will accommodate 68 covers while offering dedicated click-and-collect and delivery collection points. Wingstop's UK and Ireland operator, Lemon Pepper Holdings, recently opened its 100th UK restaurant and plans to open up to 30 further UK sites in 2026.
