A joint venture between Ballymore and Places for London has secured outline planning permission from Barnet Council's Strategic Planning Committee for proposals designed to transform Edgware town centre in Greater London. The 10.3 hectare site comprises the Broadwalk Shopping Centre, including a Sainsbury’s store, and associated surface level car park, along with Edgware Bus Station, Edgware Bus Garage, Redhill Medical Centre, and Deans Brook Nature Reserve.
