Footasylum is set to increase its presence at Manchester Arndale after signing a new 20-year lease at the shopping centre. The footwear and apparel retailer will move into a 17,000 sq ft space, creating a newly-fitted flagship store. The new flagship will feature a modern refit and offer brands such as Nike, Adidas, Monterrain, and Dripmade. It will join recent arrivals at Manchester Arndale such as Arc’teryx, Alo Yoga and ProDirect.

Manchester's Trafford Centre is set to add to its food and beverage offering with the addition of coffee and juice bar Joe & The Juice. The operator will take a 2,000 sq ft unit on the scheme's Upper Dome, joining other tenants at Trafford Centre including Selfridges, John Lewis, Zara, Next, Marks & Spencer, and ODEON cinema. Athletic apparel brand Champion is set to join Manchester Arndale after signing a 10-year lease at the shopping centre. Spanning 1,980 sq ft, the retailer's new store will also look to serve as a hub for community activations, creative workshops, and workout sessions. The signing follows a series of recent fitness lettings at Manchester Arndale, including to Arc’teryx, Alo Yoga, XtraFit, and ProDirect.
