Wingstop continues UK expansion with Manchester Arndale signing

Wingstop has continued its UK expansion after signing for a new restaurant at Manchester Arndale. The operator has agreed a five year lease for a 5,928 sq ft unit, formerly occupied by YO! Sushi. Wingstop – which operates over 85 restaurants in the UK and Ireland – will offer its range of wings, tenders, and burgers, as well as milkshakes and desserts including dips and churros. The signing of Wingstop at Manchester Arndale follows a trio of lease renewals from major UK retailers at the scheme.

Trafford Centre adds Korean street food brand to F&B lineup

Trafford Centre in Manchester is set to add Bunsik to its food and beverage lineup, with the Korean street food brand joining the scheme this June. The new restaurant will offer a menu that includes Korean corn dogs, tteokbokki, fried chicken, and kimbap. Bunsik will join recent F&B additions at Trafford Centre such as Joe & The Juice and Jerk Chicken. F&B has been the second-fastest growing category at the scheme, recording a year-on-year sales increase of 9.

Everlast picks Trafford Palazzo to open 28,000 sq ft gym

Trafford Palazzo in Manchester has secured a major letting with Everlast Gyms+, which has taken a 28,000 sq ft unit at the shopping and leisure destination. Set to open in early 2026, Everlast Gyms+ Trafford Palazzo will feature functional and group training zones with Nautilus gym equipment covering cardio, pin and plate loaded machines, as well as free weights. Everlast Gyms+ at Trafford Palazzo will also feature a Myprotein Kitchen, serving coffees, smoothies, and snacks for pre and post workout.
