Manchester's Trafford Centre is celebrating a strong growth in 2026, supported by new commitments from fashion brands at the scheme. The centre has welcomed a number of new openings and upsizes in the year-to-date from brands such as Garage, Stradivarius, Lululemon, and UNIQLO. Fashion has been a standout category at Trafford Centre, contributing to 65% of total sales growth in Q1 alone. Fashion category sales have also increased by 27.

Arne is set to open its second permanent store on New Cathedral Street in Manchester. The modern fashion retailer will occupy a 2,720 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease, with the store set to open in June. Founded in Liverpool in 2018 as an e-commerce platform, Arne has since grown to open its first permanent space at Liverpool ONE in September 2025 following a series of pop-ups.
