Grosvenor's UK property business ended 2025 with an occupancy rate of 98% across its retail, office, and residential portfolio in Mayfair and Belgravia in London. Across the estate, 96 retail and leisure leases were completed in 2025, covering over 350,000 sq ft and generating £20.8m in rent, 10.6% ahead of estimated rental values. The King's Cross Group has recorded a "major uplift" in retail sales in 2025 across its London estate, led by its Coal Drops Yard development. Across the group, sales were up by 13.5% year-on-year in 2025, with retail sales increasing by 16% and food and beverage sales up by 10%.
