Luxury jeweller Boodles is relocating its London flagship store from 178 New Bond Street to 23 Old Bond Street. The new space will offer an enhanced space for client hosting and operational needs, with the relocation marking a strategic move for the sixth-generation family business. Sheet Anchor Evolve, part of M Core, has added 12,000 sq ft of new lettings to Elephant Park in London. Joe & The Juice, Arepa & Co, Jumping Bean, Hotpod Yoga, and Sainsbury’s have become the latest names to join the estate, taking 1,927 sq ft, 2,053 sq ft, 1,012 sq ft, 1,916 sq ft, and 4,285 sq ft respectively. These lettings follow Sheet Anchor Evolve’s acquisition of the retail and leisure core at Elephant Park in 2024.

Luxury outerwear brand de Savary London is set to open its first-ever pop-up store at 322 King's Road in Chelsea, London, part of the Sloane Stanley Estate. Open until the end of the year, the 1,644 sq ft store will be the brand's first bricks-and-mortar space and offer its full collections of leather jackets, wool coats, tops, and trousers. The opening will add to a busy year of retail and pop-up activity across the Sloane Stanley Estate.
