Shaftesbury Capital has signed South American-inspired chicken and steak eatery Solis for its first standalone UK location at 26 Kingly Street in Soho, following the debut of smashburger specialist Dumbo at nearby 37 Berwick Street. Solis's 1,500 sq ft space will offer an array of small plates, a take on the South American bocadillo sandwich, and signature grill dishes, with single serving chicken and steak alongside sharing plates.

Flying Tiger Copenhagen has opened at Redical's The Liberty Romford, taking a 4,500 sq ft space at the shopping centre. The Danish variety retailer's new store, located adjacent to Boots and Clarks, offers a range of design-led products across categories including homeware, stationery, gifts, and toys. This opening follows the signing of specialist motor insurance firm KGM at The Liberty Romford.

St. George's Shopping Centre in Harrow, Greater London, has reached full occupancy after the signings of Wingstop and Juice'n More. Chicken wing chain Wingstop is set to open a 2,150 sq ft restaurant on the scheme's ground floor, adjacent to Cards Direct. The restaurant will accommodate 68 covers while offering dedicated click-and-collect and delivery collection points. Wingstop's UK and Ireland operator, Lemon Pepper Holdings, recently opened its 100th UK restaurant and plans to open up to 30 further UK sites in 2026.
