The 2.3-acre site comprises approximately 200,000 sq ft of office, retail, and leisure accommodation across two wings and a link block, alongside dedicated car parking. The property - which has been acquired by SENG as part of its wider living sector strategy - is located approximately a two minutes’ walk from Hammersmith Broadway, offering connectivity via the Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City Underground lines.

French outerwear brand K-Way is set to open its third store in the UK at Covent Garden's Seven Dials neighbourhood. Opening at 19 Earlham Street in October, the retailer's new 1,200 sq ft space will offer K-Way's signature windbreaker jackets alongside a variety of jackets, fleeces, and apparel for men, women, and children. A planning application has been submitted for the redevelopment of the remaining 16 acres of Battersea Power Station neighbourhood in London. The proposals outline the creation of 3.2 million sq ft of residential, commercial, and leisure space, nearly doubling the scale of development at the mixed-use neighbourhood. Urban designer Studio Egret West has refreshed the original 15-year-old masterplan, designed by Rafael Viñoly, to respond to changes in urban living, working, and how people spend their leisure time.
