Japanese restaurant concept Maki & Ramen has opened its first restaurant in London at The O2. The operator has opened a 1,991 sq ft unit within the scheme's Entertainment District, joining the likes of Gaucho, HaiDiLao, Las Iguanas, Five Guys, and KFC. The restaurant has 70 covers and offers a menu of Asian food that includes the brand's signature Tonkotsu Ramen and sushi. Originally launching in 2015, Maki & Ramen has expanded rapidly in recent years.

Søstrene Grene has opened its first UK store of 2026 at Angel Central, with the Danish homewares brand making its North London debut at the Islington scheme. The retailer has opened within a 5,588 sq ft unit on the first floor of the centre, situated opposite Wagamama and alongside complementary retailers including H&M, UNIQLO, Mango, and Oliver Bonas. The store offers a range of Scandinavian-inspired homeware and lifestyle products, including kitchenware, home accessories, crafts, and decorations.

Danish jewellery brand Georg Jensen has expanded at The Royal Exchange in the City of London. The jeweller, which first opened at The Royal Exchange in 2015, has moved into a larger 1,000 sq ft unit within the internal courtyard on a new 10-year lease. Georg Jensen sits among a number of luxury brands at The Royal Exchange including Tiffany & Co., Bremont, Omega, Montblanc and Hermès, all of which have made long-term commitments to the scheme.
