Harrogate BID (Business Improvement District) is a not-for-profit organisation, funded for by businesses, to improve the area in which those businesses trade within. These funds are supplemented by income from the BID’s commercial activities and are used to deliver the projects voted for by businesses as part of the BID’s Term 3 Business Plan, “Taking Newbury to the Next Level”: “Our long-term vision is for Newbury to provide the best market town experience in the UK for residents, businesses, and visitors.”
