Indian restaurant Derjeeling Express is set to relocate within Shaftesbury Capital's West End estate into a larger unit. The operator will move into a 5,600 sq ft space at 38-40 Rupert Street, enabling it to deliver its mix of Bengali, Hyderabadi, and Kolkatan cuisine to a wider audience. Darjeeling Express – which was founded by acclaimed restaurateur Asma Khan – will be relocating from its current position within Soho's Kingly Court.

French-Swedish menswear brand Ron Dorff is set to launch a flagship store within Shaftesbury Capital's Soho estate in London. Located at 32 Berwick Street, the 600 sq ft store will offer a range of men's fashion and accessories, including sportswear, loungewear, underwear, and swimwear. The relationship between Shaftesbury Capital and Ron Dorff began 10 years ago, when the West End landlord supported the brand's first venture into UK physical retail with a debut opening on Earlham Street in Seven Dials.

MGI Holdings has completed the off-market acquisition of Grants Entertainment Centre in Croydon, South London. The 160,840 sq ft property, situated within Croydon's main retail and leisure district, is home to occupiers such as Vue, Tokia Square, Nando's, and Nuffield Health. MGI Holdings said it is planning to embark on an ambitious regeneration of the site to reinvigorate its offering and reinforce Croydon's position as one of London's most dynamic urban centres.
