Also included in the proposals, submitted by regeneration specialist Ion Property Developments, is 1,600 new homes, a primary school, healthcare services, and space for a multi-storey car park and hotels. The commercial space on Hind Street has been set aside for shops, cafés, restaurants, and offices.
