Lendlease has announced the opening of The Coffee House by Signorelli at Stratford Cross' recently-completed Turing Building in East London. The 229 sq ft coffee shop is Signorelli's fourth location within Stratford, and the local operator's second within Stratford Cross. Alongside coffee, the shop will offer pastries baked in-house around the corner at Bakehouse by Signorelli. Anchored by Gordon Ramsay's 10,000 sq ft Bread Street Kitchen and Bar, Stratford Cross is also home to 5,000 sq ft of independent F&B operators, including Greek restaurant Hera, and European small plates restaurant and bar Templar.

FS8, a pilates and yoga gym concept from Club Sports Group, has opened a new location at Legal & General's build-to-rent neighbourhood in Waltham Forest, London. The new location becomes FS8's second location since it debuted in Central London in November 2022. FS8 – which is a sister concept to F45 – looks to integrate reformer pilates with mat work, dumbbells, and activation bands, and offers a variety of exercises designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and recovery.

Everyman opens at Stratford Cross alongside 5,000 sq ft of F&B

Cinema chain Everyman has opened as the anchor tenant at the Turing Building at Stratford Cross in East London, alongside two independent food and beverage brands. The new 10,900 sq ft venue features 253 sofas and armchairs across three screens, hosting movies, theatre screenings, and events. The cinema also includes an outdoor terrace, a lounge serving food, and a full cocktail bar. The opening coincides with the completion of the Turing Building at Stratford Cross, which also provides 350,000 sq ft of Grade A office space.
