Catella APAM has announced the sale of St Stephen's Place Leisure Park in Trowbridge on behalf of a private client for £11.37m. The multi-let complex sits in the heart of the Wiltshire town and spans approximately 84,000 sq ft. The asset includes a seven-screen ODEON cinema, an 80-bed Premier Inn hotel, and a mixture of restaurants, cafés, and bars. Catella APAM has managed St Stephen's Place since 2016, and since then has implemented a series of value-add initiatives aimed at enhancing the asset's appeal and performance.
