Multi-Realm has secured the signing of Adidas at Resorts World Birmingham. The sportswear retailer will open a 8,125 sq ft outlet store at the end of November. Spanning 538,000 sq ft, Resorts World Birmingham is located at the NEC, which now hosts regular fitness, sports, and running shows as well as the popular Hyrox concept. The retailer is set to open in a 1,270 sq ft space opposite The Body Shop and Holland & Barrett for its first standalone space at Merry Hill, complementing its existing concession within NEXT. Walsall shopping centre reaches full occupancy following two new lettings

Aldridge Shopping Centre in Walsall has reached full occupancy after the completion of two new lettings totalling 2,437 sq ft. Williams Nails has taken Units 41-42 on a six-year lease, adding to the centre's health and beauty offer. The 595 sq ft unit adds to a growing cluster of personal care operators at the scheme. Meanwhile, Sweetland has signed a seven-year lease on Unit 11, Anchor Parade, taking 1,842 sq ft.
