LCPs Three Spires Lichfield welcomes trio of new outlets

Property and investment company LCP, part of M Core, has announced that M Three Spires in Lichfield is welcoming three new outlets. Fried chicken brand Pepe's Piri Piri has now opened in a 1,300 sq ft unit on Gresley Row, whilst cake maker Cake Box has arrived on the aptly-named Bakers Lane, trading from a 1,130 sq ft unit. The scheme is also set to welcome children's soft play centre Grandkidz in November.

Warehouse REIT acquires chunk of Tamworth retail park

Warehouse REIT, the real estate investment trust which focuses on investing in multi-let assets in industrial hubs, has acquired Phase 2 of Ventura Retail Park in Tamworth, near Birmingham, for £38.6m. Ventura Retail Park is one of the 20 largest retail parks in the UK by area, with Phase 2 comprising 120,000 sq ft of fully-let retail space. The asset – which is let to the likes of Boots, Sports Direct, and H&M – produces a contracted rent of £3.

West Midlands B&M unit handed £4.15m price tag

A B&M retail warehouse unit in Brownhills, north of Birmingham, has been placed on the market with a price tag of £4,150,000. The investment comprises a 25,732 sq ft store on a 1.96 acre site, with an adjacent 150-space car park. B&M has occupied the unit since 2011, signing a reversionary lease to extend the lease term from 2019 to April 2034. The store produces a rent of £309,100 per annum, equating to £12.
