Legal & General (L&G) has sold Mansfield Leisure Park in Nottinghamshire for £10.37m, reflecting a net initial yield of 9.74%. The asset was acquired by a private property company controlled by two Irish investors. Spanning 75,052 sq ft, the leisure park is anchored by an eight-screen Odeon cinema and a recently regeared bingo hall let to Club 3000. It also comprises a three-unit restaurant parade let to Nando's, Bella Italia, and Serenity, alongside a McDonald's drive-through which has also recently been regeared.

Wingstop is set to continue its UK expansion after signing for a new location at Derbion in the East Midlands. The American fried chicken restaurant chain – which has over 75 UK locations – has signed a 15-year lease for a 1,700 sq ft unit at the Derby shopping centre. Wingstop at Derbion will offer the chain's full menu, which includes wings, tenders, and burgers. The brand joins a number of food and beverage operators at Derbion including Bear, Burger & Sauce, German Doner Kebab, Nandos, Pizza Express, Popeyes, Wagamama, and Zizzi.

Primark is set to relocate its Derby store, taking on a larger unit within the Derbion shopping centre. The clothing retailer will continue to trade at is current location on Cornmarket until the new space is ready to open, which is expected in the first half of 2027. The creation of this new space for Primark is part of a joint investment with Derbion. This has seen the scheme's management team work with the previous occupiers of the space – which include Superdrug, H Samuel, The Perfume Shop, and Iceland – to relocate and retain them within the centre.
