Cube Real Estate, on behalf of The Hathaway Opportunity Fund, has acquired a drive-through restaurant in Newmarket, Suffolk. Located on Oaks Drive, the property is let to BKUK Flame Ltd, trading as Burger King with 11 years unexpired on the lease. Starbucks opens redesigned coffeehouse at Cambridge Retail Park

Starbucks has opened a redesigned coffeeshop at Railpen's Cambridge Retail Park. Spanning 2,000 sq ft, the new store is set in a unique café garden which includes a children's play area and a pedestrianised link from Newmarket Road, providing access for local residents. The opening forms part of the first phase of an extensive investment programme at Cambridge Retail Park. Maria Averkina, asset and development manager at Railpen, said: "The opening of Starbucks is the exciting first stage of the transformation of Cambridge Retail Park, and its design and sustainability credentials are of the highest standards.
