Redevco offloads Shoreditch retail parade

Redevco has sold a retail parade in Shoreditch, London to an undisclosed purchaser. Located at 15-29 Redchurch Street, the asset extends to approximately 6,400 sq ft and is fully let to a line-up of contemporary fashion and lifestyle brands. The parade has a weighted average unexpired lease term of seven years to expiry. Commercial property agency Forge, which advised Redevco, said the sale followed a highly competitive bidding process that generated strong interest from high-net-worth individuals, institutional funds, and overseas investors.

Space NK lines up Harlequin Watford opening

Space NK is set to open a new store at Harlequin Watford (formerly Atria Watford) early next year. The beauty retailer has signed a 10-year lease for a 3,432 sq ft store, which will feature Space NK's latest design concept. The store will offer a range of makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance products from a number of global brands, such as Drunk Elephant, Rare Beauty, Olaplex and Charlotte Tilbury.

Shaftesbury Capital has announced nine new signings, including two UK debuts, at its Soho estate in London. Three of these brands arrived in September, while the remaining six will all join the estate before Christmas. The new signings include four F&B lettings: The Shaston Arms, located just off Carnaby Street at 4-6 Ganton Street, which will re-open in October under the operation of the team behind The Waterman’s Arms in South West London.
