A planning application has been submitted for the redevelopment of the remaining 16 acres of Battersea Power Station neighbourhood in London. The proposals outline the creation of 3.2 million sq ft of residential, commercial, and leisure space, nearly doubling the scale of development at the mixed-use neighbourhood. Urban designer Studio Egret West has refreshed the original 15-year-old masterplan, designed by Rafael Viñoly, to respond to changes in urban living, working, and how people spend their leisure time.
