Boux Avenue is set to open its refurbished flagship store at Bluewater shopping centre in Kent. The lingerie and swimwear retailer will open a 2,239 sq ft space in the scheme's Lower Rose Gallery, adjacent to John Lewis. The store will feature an updated shop fit, featuring new fitting rooms with concierge buttons and bespoke lighting options. Greystar signs nursery and coffee shop to Pearl Yard Bermondsey

Greystar has added to its commercial offering at its Pearl Yard Bermondsey mixed-use development in South East London, with the signing of nursery operator Kinderzimmer and coffee operator Urban Baristas. Kinderzimmer has agreed a 25‑year lease for a 7,000 sq ft space, including both internal accommodation and a dedicated external area, whilst Urban Baristas has taken a 10‑year lease on a 1,000 sq ft unit.

Lakeside Shopping Centre fashions Urban Outfitters opening

Urban Outfitters is set to join the fashion lineup at Lakeside Shopping Centre in West Thurrock, Essex this summer. Located on the scheme's lower level, the 6,500 sq ft store will offer the fashion retailer's range of menswear, womenswear, accessories and homeware from its proprietary brands. It will also showcase products from labels such as Levi’s, Dickies, and Carhartt WIP. In addition, the store will look to serve as a cultural hub, with a space designed for social connection, curated music and a lifestyle offering.
