A shopping centre in a Reading suburb has been sold by Federated Hermes in a deal worth around £16m. St Martin's Centre in Caversham comprises 92,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation including 19 shops, and is anchored by a 40,000 sq ft Waitrose and a 13,000 sq ft Iceland. Other notable tenants include Costa Coffee, Boots, and Superdrug. The scheme produces an annual net income of around £1.

The Lexicon in Bracknell has completed around 30,000 sq ft of new lettings, with the likes of Dunelm, Levi's, and Tesco Express all joining the scheme. Levi's has brought its range of denim to the retail centre after agreeing a lease for a 3,885 sq ft store, which opened in October. Also joining the Lexicon is a major international fashion brand, which has signed terms for a flagship letting of 6,200 sq ft of space.

Station Hill, the £850m mixed-use development in Reading, has signed two operators to join its expanding food and beverage offering. Coffee and bar chain Notes – which operates 12 outlets across London – has signed a 10-year lease for a ground floor unit of ONE Station Hill. The store will occupy a prime location facing the train station and is expected to attract rail users and enhance foot traffic throughout Station Hill.
