Reading is an affluent Thames Valley commuter town and a major office centre in it's own right. The town has a primary catchment of approximately 1.7 million people. Broad Street Mall is centrally located in the heart of Reading and provides large stores for TK Maxx and New Look. It is currently undergoing a £2 million refurbishment to create a brighter, sharper environment. The scheme has an average footfall of circa 8 million people per week, providing 475,905 sq ft of retail space across 85 shops and offers approximately 740 parking spaces. There is an additional 10,000 sq ft of brand new prime space being created on-site.
