Vagabond Wines is set to open its largest venue to date in Soho, London. The 6,300 sq ft venue, located at 14-16 Ganton Street, marks a West End debut for the self-pour brand. Guests will have a choice of over 120 wines by the glass, some from grapes grown within two hours of London, championing local wine. It will also offer a menu of seasonal small plates and nibbles, built for sharing and pairing with the available wines.

The two-storey location offers a selection of sports and lifestyle clothing and footwear for men, women, and children, and also brings together brands from across the Frasers Group’s portfolio, including GAME and USC. The Great Ropemaker Partnership (GRP), a 50:50 joint venture managed by Great Portland Estates (GPE), has completed the sale of a mixed-use block on London's Regent Street to a private client of JLL for £52m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.2%. The property, located at 103/113 Regent Street, is a 56,850 sq ft Grade II Listed building comprising a large retail unit, fully let to UNIQLO until 2036, and offices on the upper levels.
