Shops to let in Retail Schemes in Harrow

Greenford Quay is a rapidly growing mixed-use neighbourhood, delivering 2,118 new high-quality homes. Block 5, Tillerman’s Court has a range of leisure, convenience and shops alongside creative workspaces and set within generous public spaces for residents, workers and visitors to enjoy. Occupiers include Starbucks, Co-Op, Monkey Puzzle Nursery and Grand Union Distillery and Bar overlooking the canal. Blocks 3 & 4 will form the next phase of the retail along the south side of the canal

We're creating a new 85-acre neighbourhood offering 8.8m sq ft of mixed-use development, including over 500,000 sq ft of retail and leisure. It's a £3bn project that's fully funded and on track to be delivered by 2027. When we're finished, Wembley Park will get over 20 million visitors a year and have an annual retail spend of £328m, comparable to Ealing Broadway, Camden Town and Victoria.

The St. Anns Shopping Centre is a prime shopping scheme fronting onto Harrow's prime pitch of St Anns Road. The shopping centre is home to over 40 prime retail stores and offers over 900 car parking spaces.
