Vagabond Wines is set to open its largest venue to date in Soho, London. The 6,300 sq ft venue, located at 14-16 Ganton Street, marks a West End debut for the self-pour brand. The Great Ropemaker Partnership (GRP), a 50:50 joint venture managed by Great Portland Estates (GPE), has completed the sale of a mixed-use block on London's Regent Street to a private client of JLL for £52m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.2%. Launching in a 800 sq ft space, Horatio offers a range of loafers and laced shoes, including the brand's horsebit, penny, port moc, and tassel styles, alongside a selection of boots.
