Superdry & Co is set to open at the Derbion shopping centre in Derby after signing a 10-year lease for a 3,576 sq ft unit. The new store will offer clothing and accessories for both men and women, as well as the British retailer's flagship outerwear ranges. Shoppers will also be able to access the Bench streetwear label, which joined the Superdry & Co portfolio earlier this year. Superdry & Co becomes the latest fashion retailer to join Derbion, which has welcomed the likes of Office, FatFace, Crew Clothing, Victoria's Secret, and Seasalt over recent months.

Bodycare is set to open its second studio style store in the UK later this month at the Derbion shopping centre in Derby. This comes after the beauty retailer relaunched its high street business following its collapse into administration in 2025. Bodycare had opened its first studio style store in Sheffield in July. The Derby store will offer value-led health and beauty products, alongside an expanded range of skincare, cosmetics, fragrance and wellness items.

Wittington Investments (WIPL) has completed the off-market sale of 1-9 Lister Gate in Nottingham, a six-storey mixed-use block. The property comprises a retail unit arranged over ground floor and basement levels, alongside 33 student flats located on the upper floors. The retail unit is let to Superdry on a new seven-year lease expiring in 2032. Forge Property and FHP acted for Wittington Investments.
