British menswear brand Charles Tyrwhitt is set to open at Lakeside Shopping Centre in West Thurrock, Essex, this summer. The 1,200 sq ft space will become the brand's 39th UK store and offer a range of formalwear, casualwear, shoes, and accessories. Charles Tyrwhitt will become the latest in a string of brands to open at Lakeside this year, with the destination having already welcomed the likes of Wingstop, Reiss, and Jewells so far in 2025.

MINISO has opened at The Liberty Romford in East London, following a successful pop-up at the shopping destination in December 2024. The global lifestyle retailer's 2,270 sq ft store represents its first within the London borough of Havering. Retro clothing retailer 80s Casual Classics is set to open its first store in the South at The Liberty Romford in London. Spanning 2,340 sq ft, the store will he the brand's fifth in the UK and offer a range of 70s, 80s, and 90s-inspired apparel from vintage brands. The retailer – which has supplied wardrobe to several films and TV series including This is England, The Firm, Marching Powder, and The Business – will also stock custom-made exclusives from third party brands.
