The 7,000 sq ft boutique is one of the brand's largest spaces with the opening representing a significant step in its ongoing expansion. LandsecU+I, the regeneration arm of FTSE100 real estate developer Landsec, has submitted a planning application proposing the redevelopment of Lewisham Shopping Centre. Under the proposals, the 1970s-era shopping centre will be redeveloped into a new town centre district. If approved, the masterplan will look to deliver 1,700 new homes alongside 445 co-living residencies and up to 660 student beds.

Leisure, lifestyle, and entertainment investor Imbiba has reached an agreement with Canary Wharf Group (CWG) to open a 65,000 sq ft hotel, restaurant, and music venue at 12 Bank Street. The building – located in the heart of Canary Wharf – will open in 2025 feature a 78-bedroom House of Gods hotel, an Amazing Grace music venue, a rooftop bar overlooking Eden Dock, and a new events facility to be operated by Camm & Hooper.
