Beverage brand Whittard of Chelsea has opened a new, larger store at the Victoria Centre in Nottingham. The 872 sq ft store offers the brand's range of signature premium teas, coffees, and hot chocolates. The new branch is also Whittard of Chelsea's third to feature its updated store fit and the first outside of London to do so. The brand currently operates 43 stores nationwide, with the new location forming part of an ongoing strategy to expand its presence across the UK.

Nottingham City Council has unveiled the masterplan for the transformation of the Broad Marsh area to create a mixed-use development. The masterplan follows on from the Broad Marsh Vision, and looks to create opportunities to live and work in the area whilst bringing in investment and employment for local businesses. Key elements of the Broad Marsh Vision include the creation of over 215,000 sq ft of office, commercial, and leisure space, new public realm, and over 1,000 new homes.
