Bed Bath & Body Works is set to open its first store in the East Midlands at the Derbion shopping centre in Derby. The retailer has signed a 10-year lease for a 1,425 sq ft unit, and will offer a range of fragrances, skincare products, and home essentials. The US-based retailer currently operates across 54 locations in the UK and Ireland, with 13 dedicated stores. The brand becomes the latest international retailer to arrive at Derbion following recent openings from FatFace, Victoria’s Secret, Castore, and Seasalt.

The Derbion shopping centre is set to add FatFace to its fashion lineup. The retailer – which specialises in lifestyle clothing and accessories for men and women – has agreed a five-year lease for a 1,830 sq ft unit at the Derby shopping centre. FatFace's arrival follows the recent additions of Crew Clothing, Victoria's Secret, Seasalt, Luke 1977, and Castore to the fashion lineup at Derbion.

Wingstop continues expansion with Derbion signing

Wingstop is set to continue its UK expansion after signing for a new location at Derbion in the East Midlands. The American fried chicken restaurant chain – which has over 75 UK locations – has signed a 15-year lease for a 1,700 sq ft unit at the Derby shopping centre. Wingstop at Derbion will offer the chain's full menu, which includes wings, tenders, and burgers. The brand joins a number of food and beverage operators at Derbion including Bear, Burger & Sauce, German Doner Kebab, Nandos, Pizza Express, Popeyes, Wagamama, and Zizzi.
