ProCook to make city debut at Derbion

ProCook is set to open its first store in Derby at the Derbion shopping centre. The kitchenware retailer has signed a lease for a 2,241 sq ft at the retail and leisure destination, with the store set to showcase the retailer's latest store design and its range of kitchen and dining products. The signing of ProCook follows a run of new leasing announcements at Derbion, with Superdry & Co, independent toy store BarnDawg, bakery school Dew, and health and beauty specialists Savers, Thérapie, and Royal Oud all joining the centre’s line-up.

Derbion bolsters retail lineup with five new additions

Derbion in Derby has bolstered its retail offer with the signings of independent toy store BarnDawg, bakery school Dew, and health and beauty specialists Savers, Thérapie, and Royal Oud. BarnDawg, a specialist in building brick sets including LEGO, will occupy a 1,112 sq ft store after signing a five-year lease, while bakery school Dew has signed a five-year lease for a 1,340 sq ft space. In addition, Savers has signed a 10-year lease for a 3,207 sq ft store which will include a range of health and beauty products alongside household goods, medicines, and fragrances.

Superdry & Co signs 10-year lease at Derbion

Superdry & Co is set to open at the Derbion shopping centre in Derby after signing a 10-year lease for a 3,576 sq ft unit. The new store will offer clothing and accessories for both men and women, as well as the British retailer's flagship outerwear ranges. Shoppers will also be able to access the Bench streetwear label, which joined the Superdry & Co portfolio earlier this year. Superdry & Co becomes the latest fashion retailer to join Derbion, which has welcomed the likes of Office, FatFace, Crew Clothing, Victoria's Secret, and Seasalt over recent months.
