Devonshire Property Group has appointed FHP Property Consultants to support on lettings and lease renewals at Peak Village retail centre in Rowsley. Located in the Peak District, the centre has welcomed premium clothing and footwear retailer Henmores, independent business Baxter & Co, and artists and makers collective The Derbyshire Makers over the past eight months. It also generated a turnover of £8m in its 2023-24 financial year, an increase of more than £4m over the course of three years.

Wheatbridge Retail Park extends to 52,944 sq ft and is fully let to Wickes, Carpetright, and Smyths Toys. The asset has a weight average unexpired lease term of 9.3 years to expiry, with both Wickes and Carpertright having recently extended their leases, whilst Smyths recently signed a new lease.
