Multi-Realm has secured the signing of Adidas at Resorts World Birmingham. The sportswear retailer will open a 8,125 sq ft outlet store at the end of November. Spanning 538,000 sq ft, Resorts World Birmingham is located at the NEC, which now hosts regular fitness, sports, and running shows as well as the popular Hyrox concept. Louise Evans, asset management and leasing director at Multi-Realm, said: "Bringing in Adidas, for our client Genting, at Resorts World Birmingham is fantastic news.

Two neighbouring retail properties on Leamington Spa's Regency Parade in the West Midlands have been acquired by a family owned business for a combined £1.68m. The Dougall Group, which focuses on convenience retail, has acquired 38 and 40 Parade in a deal supported by Bond Wolfe. Number 38 extends to 3,497 sq ft and is let to Danish variety store chain Flying Tiger Copenhagen, producing a passing rent of £75,000 a year.

Moss is set to relocate its Solihull store, taking on a larger unit at the Touchwood shopping centre. The menswear retailer has taken a 3,171 sq ft unit at the scheme, fronting onto Solihull High Street, on a new 15-year lease. Moss will join a number of major brands at Touchwood Solihull, including Apple – which tripled its presence at the scheme last year – as well as John Lewis, Zara, Mango, Rituals, Miele, Oliver Bonas, Space NK, and the recently-opened Sweaty Betty.
