XF Gym has opened a new location at St Johns Shopping Centre in Liverpool city centre. The gym operator has opened a 30,000 sq ft space within the former Wilko unit, following a £5m fit-out. Features of the new space include: an open-plan workout zone; a bespoke Hyrox space; a variety of group classes including spin, yoga, Pilates, boxing, and dance; and spa spaces such as saunas, showers, and sunbeds.

Contemporary footwear and clothing brand ARNE has opened its first-ever permanent bricks-and-mortar store at Liverpool ONE's Peter's Lane. The opening follows ARNE's two pop-ups and interactive activation at Liverpool ONE over the past three years. The 6,750 flagship store offers a range of clothing and footwear for men and women, and also features ARNE Bites, the brand’s in-store ice-cream and bakery concept.

International toy retailer POP MART is set to open its largest UK store to date at Liverpool ONE shopping centre. Making its Liverpool debut, POP MART's new store on Upper South John Street will span 6,200 sq ft and be situated close to KENJI and MINISO. The store will stock the brand’s collectable variety of blind boxes, spanning a range of popular POP MART-only characters, as well as the highly popular ranges of The Monsters, more commonly known as ‘Labubus’.
