TFG London has opened a four-in-one multi-brand flagship store on Liverpool ONE's South John Street. The 12,000 sq ft store brings together fashion ranges from Hobbs, Phase Eight, and Whistles, and includes a homewares department from Inside Story. TFG London at Liverpool ONE will include features such as a styling suite and bar, and becomes the latest in a series of flagship openings at the scheme this year.

British womenswear brand House of CB is set to open its second store outside London at Liverpool ONE, making its city debut. The brand – which has a large online and social media presence – will be taking a 6,500 sq ft space on Peter's Lane. House of CB at Liverpool ONE will offer a range of occasionwear, catering to events such as race days and weddings. The brand will join an existing line-up of premium retailers on Peter's Lane, which includes Space NK, Jo Malone, Reiss, Anthropologie, and ARNE.

Anthropologie is set to launch its first-ever store in the North West of England at Landsec's Liverpool ONE shopping centre. The fashion brand has agreed to take a 7,000 sq ft flagship space on Peter's Lane, which will house a range of womenswear, footwear, accessories, and homeware. Rob Deacon, asset management director at Liverpool ONE – Landsec, said: “2025 is a year of huge momentum at Liverpool ONE.
