Select, a premium Apple reseller, has upsized at Telford Centre, relocating from a 1,400 sq ft unit into a 2,000 sq ft store. The enlarged store showcases an extended range of Apple products including iPhone, iPad, Mac and AirPods, while also offering technical support. This comes as 19,000 sq ft of new or repurposed space scheduled to open in the coming months at Telford Centre. Recent additions include Kenji, MINISO, Starbucks, Mango, Savers, Lash & Beauty and Foot Locker, with Burger & Sauce set to open shortly.

Kenji and Starbucks at Telford Centre Kenji has opened the doors to a new store at the Telford Centre, as Starbucks also joins the Shropshire shopping centre. The East Asian-inspired lifestyle retailer has taken a 6,200 sq ft unit on a five-year lease, offering a range of homeware, stationery, toys, and snacks. As the brand's first location in Shropshire, the opening forms part of its ongoing UK expansion which has seen it rapidly grow its presence in major shopping destinations.

M Core has acquired Southwater Square, a 99,000 sq ft leisure scheme in Telford, Shropshire. The scheme is anchored by a line-up of national operators including Cineworld, Premier Inn, Miller & Carter, Zizzi, Willow, Pizza Express, Nando's, and Bella Italia. The asset also benefits from a 602-space multi-storey car park as well as access from Junction 5 of the M54. LCP UK, part of M Core, will manage the asset.
