Waitrose has acquired the freehold of Hersham Green Shopping Centre in Surrey, securing the future of the supermarket retailer's existing store at the scheme. As the new owner of the 54,000 sq ft scheme, Waitrose will also become the landlord for 16 additional retail units. The 27,000 sq ft Waitrose store is a hub for the village, offering meat, fish, and deli counters, alongside a dedicated John Lewis click-and-collect point.

Danish jewellery brand Georg Jensen has expanded at The Royal Exchange in the City of London. The jeweller, which first opened at The Royal Exchange in 2015, has moved into a larger 1,000 sq ft unit within the internal courtyard on a new 10-year lease. Georg Jensen sits among a number of luxury brands at The Royal Exchange including Tiffany & Co., Bremont, Omega, Montblanc and Hermès, all of which have made long-term commitments to the scheme.

Third.i Group, the British division of Australian developer Third.i, has signed Sainsbury's as its first commercial tenant at the Graphite Square regeneration scheme in Vauxhall, London. The supermarket retailer has agreed to take a ground floor unit on a substantial lease term, with the store expected to open in the first half of 2026. Sainsbury's will look to provide convenience and neighbourhood retailing to Graphite Square’s 250 plus residents, as well as the residential community within Vauxhall and Nine Elms alongside the area’s working and commuting population.
