The Overgate shopping centre in Dundee is now 90% occupied after the scheme welcomed 88,063 sq ft of new lettings in 2025. The scheme – which was acquired by Frasers Group in March 2023 – completed 10 new lettings in 2025, as well as five store renewals totalling 12,634 sq ft. Overgate also completed three major store refreshes. Over the course of the year, the scheme welcomed the likes of FRASERS, FLANNELS, Clarks, Mango, Clintons, Nomination, Menkind, Bee Inspired, and Oud Studio.

Superdrug to expand store by over a third at Dundee's Overgate

Superdrug is set to expand its store presence at the Overgate Shopping Centre in Dundee by more than a third. The health and beauty retailer will increase the size of its existing store by over 35%, from 7,125 sq ft to 9,739 sq, taking over the adjacent former Clintons store. The store is due to open in October and feature a number of new offerings, including beauty studios, fragrance counters, and a nurse clinic with an enhanced pharmacy.

Mango opens new concept store at Overgate Dundee

Mango has opened a new concept store at Overgate shopping centre in Dundee. Located on the ground floor, the store has a footprint of over 3,700 sq ft and is the womenswear brand's first in Scotland to offer its 'New Med' concept. The store also makes use of technologies and services such as a click-and-collect area and a 'Committed Box' – a container where customers can deposit clothing and footwear to be repaired.
